We can also do maintenance and cleaning services for owners who are factoring out with HMJ Properties and Maintenance.

Logs and Kindling supplied (subject to availability) for our properties and delivered (delivery free on orders of over 4 bags) – local delivery only.

The only maintenance work we cannot do ourselves is gas and electrical work due to safety certification, but we can source people that can manage this effectively.

Cleaning: we can do cleaning for general households, and also for owners who are renting out their property. Any special requirements we are happy to consider.
